Ms. Luong is of-counsel to the firm and focuses her practice primarily in the following areas: domestic and transnational 业务 transactions; 业务 transactional due diligence; 业务 law advice to private companies; international visa requirements (in which she has published a guidebook); U.S. visa applications for citizens of foreign countries; and drafting and negotiating 业务 contracts.
